Changan Minsheng Logistics is an important logistics supplier of Changan Automobile, responsible for the transportation of new energy vehicles in Changan. August is not the peak season. Generally, the transportation task can be completed around 23: 00, and the workload on that day is relatively heavy.
After the driver drove Chang ‘an new energy vehicle from the warehouse to the waiting area, he got off and went back to the warehouse to drive another vehicle. This behavior was repeated five times. In the waiting area, there are special drivers who drive these vehicles to the loading area and then drive them into the transport trucks.
The reporter saw that there were two seesaws between each truck and the ground. The driver accurately let the car tires "step" on the seesaws and stopped at the designated position of the truck.
After loading, the five new energy vehicles will sail to tuanjie village Railway Port in Shapingba District, and finally be transported to the European market through the China-Europe train (Chongqing New Europe).

At about 2: 00, the workshop of Chongqing Qingshan Industry Co., Ltd. is brightly lit at the foot of Jinyun Mountain and next to National Highway 244, Qinggang Street, Bishan. The workers are working overtime and producing as planned. Despite the dead of night, standing outside the workshop, I can only vaguely hear the low hum from the machine.
Several large trucks loaded with new energy electric drive products drove out of the factory, and in just a few minutes, they entered the G85 Yinkun Expressway from Bishan South. The latest of them will arrive at Changan Automobile’s passenger car base in Yuzui, Liangjiang New District within 2 hours; Far away, it will arrive at car companies in Hefei and Nanjing within 24 hours.
Hundreds of parts and 92 processes, dozens of workers are also busy in the new energy second-line electric drive production line of Qingshan Industrial Gearbox No.1 Factory. Every 45 seconds, a new energy electric drive assembly is off the assembly line.
"As the market share of new energy vehicles continues to rise, new models of domestic car companies are listed one after another, and we have also entered the’ fast lane’ of development." Zhou Yaohong, deputy director of Qingshan Industrial Gearbox No.1 Factory, said that in the first half of this year, the sales of new energy products in Qingshan Industry increased by nearly 50% year-on-year, and the new energy orders this month exceeded 50,000 units.

Chassis production base guarantees supply day and night.
At about 4: 00, the chassis production base of Jiangjin Shuang Fu in Sichuan Jian ‘an Industry, Jiangjin District (Shuang Fu Industrial Park) in the West (Chongqing) Science City, was brightly lit and busy.
Large trucks are waiting in line here in turn, and forklifts are holding high the chassis of new energy vehicles and loading them on the trucks. After loading, the truck immediately sent the chassis assembly to the automobile production bases such as Chang ‘an Deep Blue.
Since the beginning of this year, Sichuan Jian ‘an Industry has continuously expanded its intelligent manufacturing capability, and established a brand-new two-in-one and three-in-one special line for electric motor control and electric drive in the field of intelligent manufacturing and assembly, which leads the industry in automation, production efficiency, information traceability and quality assurance.
"The big trucks are transported in shifts day and night." The relevant person in charge of the base told the reporter that since July, the output of aluminum alloy chassis has risen against the trend. "We are working overtime to ensure the supply of OEMs such as Changan Automobile, and bravely take the lead in supporting high-quality suppliers of’ intelligent networked new energy vehicles’."
In the first half of this year, the output value of 92 auto parts enterprises in jiangjin district supporting intelligent networked new energy vehicles reached 3.1 billion yuan, accounting for 39.5% of the total output value of spare parts, an increase of nearly 10 percentage points over 2022.

Production workers shift machines in two shifts without stopping.
At 6: 00, the outside of Great Wall Motor Yongchuan Factory was still silent.
When I entered the welding workshop, I saw a lively scene. The feeding truck kept sending all kinds of spare parts to various stations, the workers kept sending the spare parts to the working platform, and the robots turned around to carry out welding operations.
The workshop safety officer told the reporter that the factory is divided into two shifts a day. The working hours during the day are 8: 00-17: 00, and the night shift is 20: 00 to 5: 00 the next day. But since the implementation of two shifts, employees have often worked overtime. The Great Wall cannon and tank 300 produced by this factory have been selling well, and the factory can only run over load.
The task bar of the workshop shows that the production task of the night shift is 210 Great Wall cannons and 258 tanks. During the night shift and daytime, the Yongchuan factory of Great Wall Motor produces more than 900 cars every day.
At 6: 30, some employees who completed the task walked out of the factory one after another. At 7: 30, employees on the day shift began to walk into the factory building. At 8: 00, the rest of the night shift and day shift workers handed over their jobs, which realized that people stopped the machine without stopping.

More than 1000 robots in the smart factory cooperate to build cars.
At 8: 00, a command starts, and a new round of car-making process of Sailisi Liangjiang Smart Factory starts-
In the tens of thousands of square meters factory building, the waving robotic arms and AVG cars shuttled back and forth made the whole factory busy.
Here, many links are highly intelligent. For example, in the stamping process, the mechanical arm on the production line will first put the steel plate on the punching machine, and the mold can instantly "change" the steel plate into the shape of a car door, and then it will be sucked away by the mechanical arm.
In the above-mentioned links, only one person needs to start with one button, and the rest can be handed over to the machine for automatic control.
Because of its high automation, it was rated as one of the "lighthouse factories" in Chongqing. Through the cooperation of more than 1000 robots, a whole steel plate from raw materials to a new car that meets the delivery standard, workers only need to control the machine with the switch button.
After four steps of stamping, welding, painting and assembly, a whole vehicle can be rolled off the assembly line. According to the calculation of full production, 240 vehicles can be produced here every day.
Based on digitalization and networking, Sailisi Liangjiang Smart Factory has realized 100% automation of key processes and 24-hour online inspection of smart cars.

"Two good! Welcome to our store to learn about and experience the dark blue car. " At 10: 15, two customers entered the Chongqing Hongqi Hegou Experience Center of Deep Blue Automobile, and Xiao Shiyu, a salesperson, immediately greeted them warmly.
In the shop, two brand-new dark blue cars are parked. Two customers went straight to one of the white cars, followed by Xiao Shiyu.
"This is a dark blue S7 new energy vehicle, and the extended range version has a cruising range of up to 1,120 kilometers; It also has the advantages of high face value, high configuration and high cost performance. " While skillfully introducing the highlights of this car to customers, she guided customers to carefully observe the appearance and interior inside and outside the car.
After seeing the car on the spot, Xiao Shiyu asked the customer to sit down, showed the configuration and function of the car in detail with the pictures on the tablet computer, and introduced the rights and interests that customers can enjoy when buying a car.
After about 10 minutes, the customer asked for a test drive. After the test drive experience, two customers signed an electronic contract at 11: 30. According to the relevant person in charge of the store, this is the sixth batch of customers that day.

A smart factory will get off the assembly line for 18 hours.
At about 12: 00, a brand-new uni-v iDD passed the final inspection and officially went offline in the second workshop of the second factory area of Changan Automobile Liangjiang Factory. It only took 18 hours from scratch.
This speed is due to the fact that 96% of the equipment in the production line of the factory has been networked, and people, systems and equipment can work together efficiently.
For example, in the tire installation process, the camera recognizes the tread patterns of all tires on the conveyor belt, and more than 20 different types of automobile tires are automatically separated and transported to different work areas.
For another example, on the assembly line of the vehicle instrument panel, the camera detects the appearance of all kinds of easy-to-mix parts, and scans the part numbers on the parts to match, so as to ensure that the parts are installed foolproof.
"This is the last process of the car off the assembly line." According to the relevant person in charge of Changan Automobile, a car has tens of thousands of parts, and the production in the main engine plant has to go through four manufacturing processes: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. In Changan Automobile Intelligent Factory, with its domestic leading intelligent and automated production technology, it takes less than one day to produce a car.

Cloud control platform helps accelerate the exploration of autonomous driving technology
"It is recommended to reduce the speed to achieve green wave traffic." At 14: 00, in the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone, a bus was driving "lonely" on the road, next to the cab, and there was a reminder from time to time. This is the "green wave traffic" information, which can inform the driver of the countdown to the next traffic light and give "speed suggestion". Based on this reference information, the driver can speed up or slow down to achieve smooth traffic.
"We have built an intensive and efficient cloud control platform for autonomous driving." The relevant person in charge of the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone said that this platform has built five systems: MaaS Travel as a Service, self-driving cloud service data and simulation, operation management and service, digital twin and big screen, and fusion test pre-research, so that more autonomous driving technologies can be tested here.
In 2021, the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone conducted a pilot test around the national-level vehicle networking pilot zone, built a demonstration scene of "vehicle-road-cloud" products and technologies with perfect ecology and adaptive functions, and accelerated the exploration of autonomous driving technology. At present, it has realized the direct connection scenes of 32 small-class vehicles in three categories, such as bus priority, cross-collision warning, 5G+ Beidou high-precision positioning, L2+L4 high-level autonomous driving and self-driving cruise ships.

The largest solid-state battery production base in China has been stepped up.
Install the ceiling and control the pipeline … At about 16: 00, the workers in the solid-state battery production workshop of Ganfeng new lithium battery Science and Technology Industrial Park project in Liangjiang New District are carrying out interior decoration.
"This workshop is expected to be officially put into production in May next year." The relevant person in charge at the scene said. The Ganfeng new lithium battery Science and Technology Industrial Park project in Liangjiang New Area is an important supporting facility for Chongqing Intelligent Networked New Energy Vehicle, with a fixed investment of more than 5 billion yuan, which will build the largest solid-state battery production base in China.
The project includes three sub-projects: solid-state battery technology research institute, solid-state battery production base and battery Pack system. After all the projects are completed and put into use, the annual output value will exceed 20 billion yuan, and more than 4,000 new jobs will be created.
At present, the main building and supporting roads of the project are advancing rapidly. In addition, the project will also build a solid-state battery research and testing center in Liangjiang New District, and attract 800 high-level talents from all over the country to tackle key problems around core technologies such as improving battery energy density, and help Chongqing build an intelligent networked new energy automobile industry cluster.

At about 18: 00, on the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of Chongqing facilities of the State Grid Vehicle Network, an alarm prompt suddenly popped up on the big screen that rolled in real time: No.9 charging pile of Panxihe Eight-in-One Demonstration Station failed.
The personnel of the monitoring center immediately issued the maintenance work order. After receiving the maintenance work order through the mobile phone "e-charging operation and maintenance App", the operation and maintenance personnel Gao Jiajun and his colleagues immediately rushed to the scene to investigate and repair the faulty charging pile.
About 20 minutes later, they arrived at the scene, and the "alarm" light on the display screen of No.9 charging pile was on. Experienced Gao Jiajun combined with the scene and immediately judged it as "emergency stop failure".
Restart, turn off the emergency stop button … Less than 5 minutes, the charging pile will resume operation. Gao Jiajun and his colleagues tried to charge the charging pile again, and after confirming that it can be charged normally, they reported "processed" to the platform. At this time, less than 25 minutes have passed since the platform alarm.
"In the past, manual inspection, large sites can only be inspected three or four times a day. Now, remote monitoring can inspect all charging and changing stations once in five minutes." Gao Jiajun said.

Subsequently, the customs clearance system received the relevant data and began to accept its export declaration.
The staff of Yuzhou Customs, a subsidiary of Chongqing Customs, said that according to the requirements, automobile export must enter the declaration data and information into the customs system through the "single window" of international trade in China. The reporter saw that every exported vehicle must provide the license and other materials needed for car customs clearance.
At the same time, the exporter and the customs declarer need to authorize the customs declaration through the "single window", enter the goods information and the attached documents and materials, and then enter the processes of declaration, document review, order taking, inspection and release after the data is uploaded.
"If the customs declaration is to be checked, the’ single window’ will also inform the exporter." The customs staff said that at that time, the relevant personnel will inspect the goods on the spot, including the brand, model, frame number and other information of the vehicle written on the export documents.
These new energy vehicles were not required to be inspected. After less than one minute of verification, the vehicles were allowed to leave the country.

Accurate detection and elimination of hidden dangers in new energy vehicles "hospitals"
At 22: 00, a new energy network car drove into Chongqing Jincheng Motor Vehicle Inspection Station near Huixing Clothing City in Yubei District.
This is the first new energy vehicle inspection station in China led by the Traffic Patrol Corps of Chongqing Public Security Bureau and China Automotive Engineering Research Institute. It is equipped with special inspection equipment for new energy vehicles, such as charging inspection, electrical safety inspection, on-board comprehensive inspection and vehicle safety inspection.
The staff instructed the car to park in the designated area, and then inserted the charging gun into the charging port of the car. At the other end of the line, a device taller than a person was connected, and the LCD screen of the device began to display the battery capacity attenuation and battery self-discharge.
"The battery pack of a new energy vehicle consists of multiple batteries. If a battery is abnormal, such as excessive temperature and abnormal battery insulation, it can be detected by this equipment." The staff of the new energy operation safety inspection pilot project said that this inspection station is like a new energy vehicle "hospital", which can accurately "diagnose" the hidden dangers of new energy vehicles. This inspection station is also connected with the online monitoring system of China Automobile Research Institute, which can use the big data of vehicle operation to monitor the safety state of vehicle operation through professional model algorithm, screen out the problem vehicles and give an early warning.
