In recent years, China has been accelerating the integrated development of "Internet+agriculture" and "adding" new production technologies, circulation methods and development momentum. Agricultural Internet of Things, agricultural products e-commerce, rural dual-innovation platform … "internet plus" not only upgraded the agricultural production mode, enriched farmers’ pockets, but also helped farmers broaden their horizons, drove China’s traditional agriculture to transform into modern agriculture, and opened up a new situation of rural revitalization and development.

Through the control of mobile phone, potted vegetables in greenhouse can be watered and heated. Through the application of Internet of Things and green prevention and control technology, a set of effective and standardized biological prevention and control technologies can be summarized according to the characteristics of pests and diseases of different kinds of vegetables. Harvesters equipped with satellite positioning and navigation systems can not only count, but also manage. Large growers can see how much they have harvested in their own fields through cameras … At present, the application of modern information technology achievements in agriculture is deepening, and "internet plus" is changing traditional agriculture.
In recent years, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has organized nine provinces to carry out regional trials of agricultural Internet of Things, and released 426 technologies and application models of agricultural Internet of Things products to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Last year, the pilot project of digital agriculture construction was launched, and the first agricultural high-scoring satellite was successfully launched this year. Modern information technology has been widely used in crop rotation fallow supervision, remote treatment of animal and plant diseases, and precision operation of agricultural machinery. Under the accurate "calculation" of big data, various resource elements of agriculture are optimized, and even the wastes in the production process can be recycled to achieve "zero emission". Many once heavy farming activities can be completed gracefully with a click of the mouse. In the facility agricultural planting base, the transformation of the Internet of Things is carried out to realize the functional management of agricultural visual remote diagnosis, remote control and automatic early warning, so that agricultural production becomes more automatic, standardized, accurate, traceable, reduces manpower and costs, and at the same time, it also cultivates high-quality and high-yield agricultural products, which makes consumers feel at ease and farmers save effort.
At present, relevant departments are working hard to compile national digital agriculture strategic planning and smart agriculture engineering planning, and accelerate the implementation of agricultural remote sensing satellite systems and other engineering projects. At the same time, we will continue to promote the implementation of provincial projects of agricultural Internet of Things regional pilot projects, vigorously carry out the construction of demonstration bases for field planting, protected gardening, livestock and poultry breeding and aquaculture, and promote a number of agricultural Internet of Things application models to save costs and increase efficiency.
New format: "internet plus" reconstructs modern agricultural circulation system to help agricultural products leave the village
With the comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce in rural areas and the implementation of e-commerce poverty alleviation policies, e-commerce in agricultural and rural areas in China has developed rapidly. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has carried out pilot projects of agricultural e-commerce in 14 provinces and cities, explored e-commerce modes such as fresh agricultural products and agricultural means of production, and carried out pilot projects of e-commerce precision poverty alleviation in 428 national poverty-stricken counties. By the end of 2017, the comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce in rural areas had supported 756 counties, with the rural online retail sales reaching 1.2 trillion yuan and the online sales of agricultural products reaching 240 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.3%.
The rapid development of agricultural e-commerce has effectively promoted the accurate matching between production and market demand, reshaped the circulation channels of agricultural products, and at the same time, it has broken through the time and space restrictions, driving high-quality green agricultural products in remote areas out of the mountains and into the market.
As the "national team" of rural e-commerce, China Supply and Marketing E-commerce Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the General Supply and Marketing Corporation, relies on the superior resources in rural areas, especially agricultural production services, and vigorously develops industrial e-commerce. With the establishment, control and continuous optimization of standards in every link such as land, planting, picking, primary processing and transportation, a set of complete, reproducible solutions that can be widely used in the upstream supply chain system of agricultural products can be created.
In the next step, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with the Ministry of Commerce, will select some counties with good information to enter the village and enter the household to carry out pilot projects of e-commerce of agricultural products. Each pilot county will select at least one agricultural product variety, strengthen the infrastructure construction of agricultural products grading, processing and packaging, logistics and warehousing, cold chain, implement agricultural product supply chain management, focus on commercialization, branding and e-commerce of agricultural products, and innovate the mechanism and mode of e-commerce sales of agricultural products to ensure that agricultural products can be exported from the village, well and well.

By the end of 2017, the proportion of broadband access to administrative villages in China reached 96%, and the number of rural netizens reached 209 million. "internet plus" has gradually become a "stimulant" to stimulate farmers’ enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, and set up a big stage for farmers’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
In 2017, the output value of China’s agricultural product processing industry reached 22 trillion yuan, and the business income of leisure agriculture and rural tourism reached 740 billion yuan. New industries and new models such as creative agriculture, sharing agriculture and crowdfunding agriculture emerged one after another, constantly tapping the multi-function of agriculture and allowing farmers to share the benefits of value-added.
With the promotion of relevant departments, all localities have actively built rural dual-innovation platforms to provide new kinetic energy for agricultural and rural development. China will continue to encourage social forces to use the Internet to develop various new models of pro-agriculture and benefiting farmers, promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation to develop in depth in rural areas, and drive more farmers to find jobs nearby.
