Dong Liang, a 29-year-old boy, is a volunteer and often participates in love porridge activities. In July this year, his parents in Shaanxi came to Luoyang to see him. Moved by his son’s behavior, they took part in activities with him and became the backbone of the team. In the early morning of the same day, the three of them cooked porridge together and then went to Peony Square to serve porridge with more than a dozen other volunteers.

Wang Junli, 39, is a security guard in a hospital in our city. In March of this year, when he sent his children to study near Peony Square, he did not hesitate to join the team after seeing the love porridge activity. In order to get up early every Wednesday to cook porridge, he deliberately changed shifts with his colleagues. The day before, he had to work 24 hours in a row.

Around 8: 10, volunteers took off their aprons and vests, some hurried to work, and some went back to clean with pots and spoons … "As long as there is a citizen to drink, we will continue to stick to it." Volunteer Hu Yiguang said.

What is given out is love, and what is taken back is touching. This team, named Ren Aixin Stack Luoyang Peony Stack, was founded by more than ten caring people in Luoyang, including Zhang Haoting, and has now grown to more than 200 people. Such a scene has been staged since the team was established on January 30 this year, and it is like this every day. The venue for cooking porridge is provided free of charge by Love Hotel, and the material expenses are donated by volunteers.

Recently, volunteers began to plan new love projects. They take the family as a unit, and each family donates 50 yuan every month. The charity money raised will be used to help orphans and disabled children who need medical assistance. Now, 70 families have joined this team and are trying to find orphans and disabled children who need help.
