It is estimated that from 14: 00 on July 23 to 14: 00 on July 24, there will be heavy rains in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, central and western Heilongjiang, northwestern Jilin, southeastern and northern Tibet, southeastern Gansu, central Jiangxi, Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, western Sichuan Basin and northern Sichuan Plateau, among which there will be heavy rains (100-140 mm) in southwestern Sichuan Basin and other places.
