Xing Fangfang said that this year marks the 45th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up. Over the past 45 years, from the economic system reform to the comprehensive deepening reform, China has promoted all-round, deep-seated and three-dimensional reforms, made historic achievements, opened up a new situation of Chinese modernization, and opened up a new realm of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. China has realized the historical transformation from standing up, becoming rich and becoming strong. Kazakhstan is China’s permanent comprehensive strategic partner, an important witness and participant of China’s great achievements in reform and opening up, and the place where "the belt and road initiative" was initiated. China is willing to work with Kazakhstan to fully implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, steadily push forward the docking of development strategies, deepen cooperation in various fields, continuously build a closer community of destiny between China and Kazakhstan, and make new contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the region and the world.
